Ordering a Memory Quilt is Easy!

Send the order form, a $100.00 deposit check written out to Molly Fisher, and your stack of clothing to me. I accept Venmo payments too.

I typically need 10-12 weeks to finish a t-shirt quilt due to the amount of order that I currently have. October and April are my busiest months. It is best to avoid these months if possible. HAVING TROUBLE VIEWING PDF's? If you cannot open the above PDF file, you can try downloading the above order form to your computer, where you can open and view it there. Just right-click (or Control-click) the link to the file on the Web page and choose the option to save it. Once you download the file from the site, try opening it directly with the Adobe Reader program .

How to select the style for your t-shirt quilt:
The order form has 6 styles to choose from:
PREMIER TRADITIONAL Quilt with friendship star sashing
This style contains 12" square blocks with the classic friendship star sashing around each block. This style is the premier traditional quilt in every sense of the word.
This style t-shirt quilt is a good choice if your shirts have large logos on them.

TRADITIONAL Quilt with block sashing
This style contains 12" square blocks with the classic friendship star sashing around each block. This style is the premier traditional quilt in every sense of the word.

STAGGERED Style Quilt
This style contains 12" square blocks with staggered sashing around each block. This style does not contain the friendship star.
This style t-shirt quilt is a good choice if your shirts have large logos on them and want a little more modern look.

MODERN Style Quilt
This style contains many different geometric shapes and has no sashing.
This style t-shirt quilt is a good choice if your shirts have large and small logos. The small logos normally are on the front of the shirts and fit nicely into the small blocks.

BLOCK Style Quilt
This style has rectangles and small squares with sashing around each shape.
This style is good if you don't have many t-shirts but have long sleeve, cotton, button down, shirts with the pocket on the front. It is nice to include these pockets! Hawaiian shirts work well in this style too.

BASIC Style Quilt
This style has 25 blocks and comes in only one size.
This is good for the budget minded person.

How to select the size of your quilt:
Each style comes in many sizes from small lap quilt to King size quilt. Size is determined by the number of shirts that you have. Please remember that quilting takes many hours, but the finished product is well worth it!
